Welcome to Marrymo, operated by Umbrella Code LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Marrymo. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@marrymo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of the content (photos, text, etc.) you upload to Marrymo. By uploading content, you grant Umbrella Code LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the App. This licence ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with other users and they have not deleted it.
Marrymo uses artificial intelligence to assist with partner preference understanding and matchmaking. AI-generated suggestions are informational only and do not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI outputs or compatibility of suggested matches.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or our platform. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
All content provided on our platform, including logos, graphics, software, and text, is the property of Umbrella Code LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR THAT ANY PROFILE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS IS ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UMBRELLA CODE LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Umbrella Code LLP, its partners, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload to the App.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised.
